You caught me in a moment, you gave me quite a shock
I used to know just who I was. Now suddenly, I'm not.
Looking down from up is easy, looking up from down is hard.
Life seems like a petty game, filled with pretty cards.

Snakes are roaming round the world, words metamorphesized to jewels.
I cannot reach the top and they've abolished all the stools.

THE DEALER is in the house, he's gave you quite a game-
To make you miss just what you want; it's the meaning of his name.

The Queen of Hearts, The Ace of Spades-
Two sided die of death,
A deck of tarot, and waste is laid:
Life without a breath.

Black or white/Truth or lies.
Intuition and the words you write;
As you roll some heavy die.

Your heart it takes a gamble,
Weak in face of bets.
And you're soon lost in ramble,
and drowned in deadly debts.

Once there were angels,
Who'd stop a crooked game.
But now the world is filled with stills,
and nothing is the same.

You grasp to your cards,
And as you loose the hand you fall-
You're stuck outside in the game of life:

THE HOUSE wins all.

You caught me in a moment..
You gave me quite a shock...
I used to be just what I was....
Now suddenly, I'm not.

Looking down from up is EASY.
Looking up from down is HARD.

Life seems just a petty game-
Filled with pretty cards.
Life is just game, you no naught what you'll loose, or what you'll gain.

I like this:
Once there were angels,
Who'd stop a crooked game.
But now the world is filled with stills,
and nothing is the same.
